Glide Rides Guide – Role Overview
Ready to take the lead in an unforgettable daytime adventure? As a Glide Rides Guide, you’ll deliver experiences that leave guests smiling long after they leave the water.
Your Role Includes:
- Checking weather forecasts and adjusting plans as needed.
- Coordinating water bikes and equipment for smooth, professional departures.
- Greeting guests and setting the stage for an amazing tour.
- Delivering entertaining and informative safety briefings.
- Sharing captivating insights on local wildlife, ecology, and history.
- Planning routes in harmony with currents, tides, and weather.
- Refining each tour to delight guests and earn 5-star reviews.
- Maintaining a calm, safe, and professional environment.
- Handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Recommending other local experiences to enhance the guest journey.

Qualifications
- Coxswain 3 or Cert IV in Outdoor Leadership
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Working With Children Check
- Yoga instructor accreditation is a bonus.
