Change of Schedule:

Tour details, ticket prices, and schedules may change without notice.

Weather:

All tours operate subject to suitable weather and water conditions. For safety reasons, tours may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to weather, wind, storms, visibility, water conditions, or any other factor that may impact guest safety or enjoyment. The final decision to operate rests with the tour operator. If a tour is cancelled by Glide Rides due to weather or unsafe conditions, guests will be offered a reschedule or a credit for a future tour.

Age, Height, Weight & Supervision:

  • Minimum age of 7. Minimum height of 120cm.
  • Maximum weight of 120kg.
  • Children aged 7 to 13 will only be permitted on a water bike tandem (limited availability) with a parent or guardian controlling steering.
  • Children under 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian, and all children require guardian approval to attend.

Safety & Risks:

A safety briefing will outline potential risks and how to minimise them. All tours are undertaken at your own risk.

Health & Medical Disclosure:

For your safety, please disclose before booking if you have any injury, medical condition (including pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma, or heart/circulatory conditions), disability, disease, or illness that may affect your ability to safely participate.

Travel Insurance:

As with any travel activity, it is recommended you have travel insurance covering accidents, illness, or hospitalisation.

Wildlife & Swimming:

Glide Rides tours take place in natural waters. Marine life such as sharks, stingrays, and other creatures may appear. Swimming is undertaken at your own risk.

Personal Belongings:

Do not leave valuables unattended at the departure site. Personal effects are your responsibility. Dry bags are provided on the water bikes for storing valuables during the tour.

Booking & Arrival:

Bookings must be confirmed online with a credit card. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Guide Instructions & Rules:

Guests must follow all instructions from guides and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
